Our Rangeford Care Personal Assistants can deliver planned care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are there to help. From carrying the shopping from the car to loading the fridge or help around the home and more tailored personal care for you or your partner – it’s right here, whenever and however you need it, allowing you to enjoy life to the full.
The services at Wadswick Green are provided by Rangeford Care – a company solely dedicated to providing care and support to any of our residents who may need it. This means that you can focus on enjoying yourself with the assurance that, should anything change in the future, Rangeford Care can assess your needs and provide the care you may require.
The weekly service charge at Wadswick Green is calculated on the square footage of your apartment and the number of occupants. The purpose of the service charge is two-fold:
Firstly, it is designed to keep Wadswick Green looking as beautiful as the day you move in. It covers items such as the landscaping, maintenance of common parts, and up-keep on the communal boilers and lifts. In addition the estate has 24-hour security, licence plate recognition gates and video door entry systems. The service charge also covers your membership of the gym and use of the pool – everything you need to get fit and keep mobile.
Secondly, the service charge covers all the lovely things in life such as the chauffeur-driven Mercedes, the coordination of all the residents’ events and services. Included are the bespoke services that you may need, such as help with your wifi, booking theatre tickets, organising a significant birthday and anything else we can do to make life run smoothly.
Crucially, the service charge covers the 24-hour cover by our trained care team, so if there is an emergency in the middle of the night, they can be with you within minutes. Ongoing, regular care can be arranged via consultation with Rangeford Care and is charged separately.
